User can't find and use a tag

❓ Issue/Question

• When configuring an "external group", editing the Access and applying an exception in "exclude tags", there is a tag that does not appear for me.
• I'm not able to see, find and use a specific tag.

👌 Resolution/Answer

• This is due to user tag restrictions, please check the below:
