❓ Issue/Question
- I'm unable to access the collection, getting a blank page
- When I try to access the platform, the web doesn't load
- I don't see any material in the collection, but I can see it in the media library
- When I access the platform using the incognito mode I can see all the sub-collections, with the normal browser page I cannot.
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Try the platform in Incognito mode to rule out browser extensions and cached data.
- Clear the browser cache:
- In Chrome:
Settings→Privacy and security→Clear browsing data→ select "Cached images and files" →Clear data).
- In Chrome:
- Reload the platform.
🥚 Cause
- A stale browser cache can prevent the platform from loading the media in the collection.
