How to make media private?

❓ Issue/Question

• How can I make media in a collection visible only to me?
• Can I make a media asset private?
• Is there a way to hide a specific media item from other users while keeping it in the collection?

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Open the media item from the Media Library or the relevant Collection.
• The details panel will appear on the right-hand side.
• Select the Access (lock) icon.
• Under Privacy Settings, toggle Private on.
• Once enabled, the media item will only be visible to you and Admin accounts.
