- What does it mean when a lock appears on a media item?
- I am just comparing what I can see on my ScorePlay account to my colleague's and it appears I don't see the full collection of albums as others may see

- Select the media
- Click the 🔒 lock icon to see the privacy setting of the media
- If the media needs to be visible to more users, change its privacy setting
