In order for you to add comments to media and/or view comments added on a media, the Media library > Can comment on media permission should be enabled on your account.
If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

- How do I enable comments on videos?
- How can I add comments on media?
- Is there an easy way to alert users that there is an error in the edit, and we need to remove and reupload? And that they should come back and redownload the new version?

👌 Resolution/Answer
- Open the media
- Click the
Commentoption on the right-side panel - In the
Add a commenttextbox, add comment(s) and/or mention other user(s) you wish to view your comment(s) - Click
Send
- If the user(s) you tag in your comment have notification permissions enabled on their accounts, they will receive a notification/alert on their end. They can click on the notification to view the comment where they've been tagged
- Otherwise, the user(s) can also open the media directly, and they should be able to see your comment
