👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Side panel options
    • Once you have selected your media, a side panel will appear on the right side, which has the following options:

 

  • Download -  to download the selected media, either compressed or not, with an overlay/ watermark or advanced settings (Export with metadata, custom dimensions (in pixels), or target file size (in MB)
  • Share - to share with selected users.
    • Users -  to share content with internal users
    • Players - to share content with selected players through the ScorePlay Mobile App. You can choose whether to only share with players detected and whether to send a notification
    • External groups -  to share content with external users. You can choose whether to share with all external users and whether you want them to receive an email notification
    • Embed - to share an embedded gallery of content made up of the selected assets. Copy it directly to your clipboard in either mobile-friendly or iframe embed code
  • Link - to create a shareable link with a custom name, embargo date, expiration date, make it password-protected, or add a description. Perfect for sharing a selection of assets with an external party
  • Send to Integration - to send the file to the third-party integration configured in your platform
  • Move - to move the selection of assets to another collection
  • Access -  to manage access/permissions for the selected media
    • Add - to add permissions to selected media, and then choose to share these assets to detected sponsors and players
    • Remove -  to remove permissions to selected media, and then choose to remove access to these assets from detected sponsors, players, etc.
    • Reset - to reset the permissions to selected media
  • Copy to project -  to add the selected assets to an existing Project or a new Project
  • Group - to group the selected media together.
  • Post - to create a new Post Suggestion. 
    • A post suggestion allows you to send a suggestion to an athlete or athletes, with a suggested caption
  • Add to cart - to add the selected media to a cart
  • Delete - to delete the media
  • Add tags - to add tags to the selected media
  • Select credits -  to edit or add credits to the media
  • Label - to edit the labels associated with the selected media

 

  • Individual Media View
    • When you open an individual media, a side panel will appear on the right side, which has the following options:

  • Pencil (✏️) -  to edit the name of the asset
  • Label - to edit the labels associated with the selected media
  • Download -  to download the media, either compressed or not, with an overlay/ watermark or advanced settings (Export with metadata, custom dimensions (in pixels), or target file size (in MB)
  • Edit -  to edit the photo. Choose whether you want to edit from the original or compressed quality. This will launch ScorePlay's photo editor. 
  • Clip - to clip the video. This will launch ScorePlay's clipping tool.
  • … (3 dots) - This will load more options for the media
    • Follow - to set what notifications you receive for this media. The options are for a ‘new version’ or a ‘new comment’, which can be received as App or Desktop notifications
    • Share - to share the media:
      • Link - to create a shareable link with a custom name, embargo date, expiration date, make it password-protected, or add a description. Perfect for sharing an asset with an external party.
      • Users -  to share content with internal users
      • Players - to share content with selected players through the ScorePlay Mobile App. You can choose whether to only share with players detected and whether to send a notification
      • External groups -  to share content with external users. You can choose whether to share with all external users and whether you want them to receive an email notification
      • Embed - to share an embedded gallery of content made up of the selected assets. Copy it directly to your clipboard in either mobile-friendly or iframe embed code
    • Add version - to add a new version of the media. Choose whether to set it as a default version and upload the latest version
    • Copy to project -  to add the selected media to an existing Project or a new Project
    • Move - to move the selection of assets to another collection
    • Change placeholder-  to set the thumbnail of the media
    • Set as player headshot -  to set the media as the headshot photo for a player. You can choose which player will have the headshot photo.
    • Delete - to delete the media
    • Send to Integration - to send the file to the third-party integration configured in your platform
  • Tags - to edit the tags
  • Information button - to view the date, format, credit, and metadata associated with the media. You can also edit the description of the asset here.
  • Analytics - to show analytics (e.g., shares, downloads analytics) related to the media
  • Version - to view different version(s) created for the media
  • Lock button - to edit the permissions associated with the media, for privacy settings, embargoes, expirations, digital rights management, usage, and custom terms.
  • Comment - to add comments to the media. Tag internal users and collaborate internally.
  • Attachments - to add attachments to the media.
