I can't see the current live stream from the Live section

❓ Issue/Question

• We can't see the live feed on the Live Media page from our end; we can only see the Schedule page.
• I can see the Schedule tab, but the actual live stream doesn't show up when I go to Live Media. Why is that?
• One of our video editors says they can only see recordings, not live streams, even though they have access to the Live section. Is this a permissions issue?

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Reach out to your platform admin to review your account type's permissions and enable the Media library > Can view live media Live > Can view page, Can view stream permissions. Once that's been enabled on your account, refresh the page, and the live stream should now display correctly

🥚 Cause

• Due to recent changes to ScorePlay permissions, your account type must have the Media library> Can view live media permission. Without it, you can access the Live section and see parts of it (like the Schedule), but the actual live stream won't show up in Live Media or your Media Library.
