- Use your mobile phone as an internet hotspot.
- Next, you have to connect your camera to your mobile phone's Wi-Fi.
- Find the
Connect to FTPoption on your camera -
Input the "address”:
- For Europe: eu-ftp.scoreplay.io or 13.37.139.194
- For NA: ftp.media.scoreplay.io

Input your "Login" and “Password”
- Your login details should be provided by your platform admin. If you're missing those details, please reach out to ScorePlay Support via our Live Chat!
- For the “port”, you can leave it as 21
- Set the “Passive mode” to ENABLE
- Leave “Proxy” to DISABLE
- Select the correct “Root folder” you want to upload your media to
- Connect
