- Use your mobile phone as an internet hotspot.
- Next, you have to connect your camera to your mobile phone's Wi-Fi.
- Find the
Connect to FTPoption on your camera -
Input the "address”:
- For Europe: live-ftp-eu.scoreplay.io or 52.58.253.158
- For NA: live-ftp-us.scoreplay.io or 44.209.213.129

Input your "Login" and “Password”
- Your login details should be provided by your platform admin. If you're missing those details, please reach out to ScorePlay Support via our Live Chat. We don't have access to your password, but we can help identify your platform administrator.
- For the “port”, you can leave it as 21
- Set the “Passive mode” to ENABLE
- Leave “Proxy” to DISABLE
- Select the “Root folder” you want to upload your media to
- Connect
