Filters- to show your filters, which are controlled by the tag groups on your platform- You can learn more here: How to create a new Tag Group?

Page Arrows, Sort, Collection view, and Eye icon

Page arrows- to move through your content, adjust how many assets are displayed per page using the dropdown, or click the double arrow to jump back to the first page. -
Sort- to sort your assets by upload date (new to old or old to new) or alphabetically by name (A-Z or Z-A). -
Display- Check/uncheck which information to display -
Views- Choose between different views in the Media library-
Card view (default)- Display the related information of your assets quickly (e.g. tags, collection, date, versions, comment, etc.) You can check/uncheck which information to display by clicking theDisplaybutton -
Grid view- Show thumbnail previews of your assets at a glance -
List view– Switches you to the collection list view to view detailed information, including media and sub-collections within each collection
