In order for you to view collections on your platform, the Media library > Can view collections permission should be enabled on your account.
If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

👌 Resolution/Answer
- Click
Collectionsfrom the left side menu to see all the collections you have access to
- Optionally, toggle on
Show empty collectionsto display collections that don't yet contain any media
- View all media across a collection and its nested sub-collections in a single consolidated view
- Select which collections you'd like to view: all collections, future only. past only, or pinned.
- Switch between two display options:
- Grid view - See thumbnail previews of your collections at a glance
- List view – View detailed information, including media and sub-collections within each collection
- Organize collections by name, upload date, or other criteria to find what you need faster
