Understanding my collection's side panel options

You need the right permissions to access some of your collection's side panel options.

Viewing your collections

Side panel options
- Once you have opened a collection, you will see these options:

Upload - Use the ‘Upload’ button to upload content to the collection
Share - to create a shareable link with a custom name, embargo date, expiration date, make it password-protected, or add a description. Perfect for sharing a selection of assets with an external party
- Note: This link will be dynamic, meaning new files added to the collection will be seen on previously shared links
… (3 dots) - This will load more options for the collection

Edit - to edit the name of the collection, the date, change your Tag Groups or add additional tags to the collection
Create sub-collection - to create a new sub-collection inside the collection you have opened
External Upload link - to generate an external upload link and copy it to your clipboard. You can share this link to external parties for them to upload directly to the collection
Delete - to delete the collection
Download All - to download all assets in the collection.
Send to Integration - to send the file to the third-party integration configured in your platform
Pin to Homepage - to pin the collection to your home page
- If the collection is already pinned, you will see a Unpin to Homepage button instead.

Search bar and Filters
- The search bar allows you to search by tag, athlete, collection, team, etc., by typing in it. Once the search results appear, you can use the dropdown filters to fine-tune your results by content type, date range, teams, events, sponsors, number of players, and more. - How to search on ScorePlay?
- Filters - to show your filters, which are controlled by the tag groups on your platform
  - These can be customized on your Taxonomy & Labels settings. - How to create a new Tag Group?

Page Arrows, Sort, Collection view, and Eye icon
- Page arrows - to move through your content, adjust how many assets are displayed per page using the dropdown, or click the double arrow to jump back to the first page.
- Sort - to sort your assets by upload date (new to old or old to new) or alphabetically by name (A-Z or Z-A).
- List icon - to switch to collection list view
- Eye icon - to toggle the visibility of file details on thumbnails, including file name, comments, versions, label, and video length.
