How to check if a user is linked to an external group?

  • External group

 

❓ Issue/Question

  • I need to know if the user is associated with a sponsor/external group

 

👌Resolution/Answer

  • Go to Configure > Users
  • Find the user
  • Check External Group column
  • If the External Group column is empty, it means the user is not added to any external group. Otherwise, it will show the name of the group
