❓ Issue/Question
- I want to provide a sponsor with media libraries, but he says that nothing is displayed to him.
- User unable to access media that external group have access to.
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Check the User account and its permission and check if “Access only manually shared media” is enabled.
- If so, disable it.
- Once this is removed the user will be able to access all the media that the external group have access to
🥚 Cause
- With the option “Access only manually shared media” enabled, instead of relying on tag-based permissions, users in that group will only have access to media that has been manually shared with them.
