"No options" displayed when trying to add tags in the portal "Display" settings

❓ Issue/Question

• Do you know why I can't add tags such as "X" or “Y” to the portals?
• Dropdown shows “no options” when trying to select tags to be displayed in the portal 

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Go to Taxonomy > Tags and search for the tag the user wants to add
• Check in how many media the tag is added to
• If it's 0, it's an expected behavior
• Ask the user to add the tag to some media first and then update the Portal settings

🥚 Cause

• Tags that are not added to any media won't be displayed in the Display dropdown
