How to update the portal thumbnail?

If you’d like to enable the Portal feature, please reach out to your CSM for more details.

In order for you to view and/or create portal links, the External Distribution > Can view page and Can edit permissions should be enabled. 

If you don't see it, reach out to your admin and refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article.

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Go to Distribution > External Distribution > Portal tab.
  • Click the View button on the right side.
  • This will open the portal settings, scroll down to the background section on the right side, and you will see an option called Thumbnail with an Add button next to it, simply click on the button, and this will allow you to upload a thumbnail.
