External group user can’t view media despite correct tag access

❓ Issue/Question

• I'm not seeing in the Media Library or Collections any kind of content at tonight. The only folder I'm seeing is Crests & Logos in Projects.
• External retail partners are having issues access a collection and its media.

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Step 1
  • Check the Access tab of the user's external group
  • Confirm if the group’s sharing setting is set to Manual sharing.
• Step 2
  • Check the media are available to the external group account type
