In order for you to access the Team section, the Teams & players > Can view page permission should be enabled on your account.

  • I'd like to know if a team/entry was created manually or via the integration
  • How can I know if a team/entry was imported via the integration?

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • You can check this in two different ways:
    1. Teams managed through an integration should have the Integration icon next to their name.

  1. Check the team’s settings and look for the External ID field:
    1. If it’s empty, the team was created manually. 
    2. If it contains an External ID, the team was created through an integration.
