In order for you to prepare a team for a new season, the Teams & players > Enable all permissions permission must be enabled on your account.
If you're unable to follow any of the steps below, kindly reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.
❓ Issue/Question
- We need to setup the team for the new season. We already created the season, what to do next?
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Check that the new season exists
- Go to
Teams & Players>Teams - Click
Newat the top right - Turn on
Import from existing team - Add the new season
- Select the team
- Turn on
Include players
- A copy of the team is created under the new season
🔖 Notes
- To drop players who no longer play for the team, remove them from the new team
- Players keep their mobile app access with the new season, even if you remove them from the new team. Removed players still have access to older media
