In order for you to view and/or edit your label settings, the Taxonomy & labels > Can view page permission should be enabled.

- Can labels be automatically applied to a collection during upload?
- Can I set a specific label to be automatically applied when media is uploaded to a certain collection?
👌 Resolution/Answer
- No, labels can’t currently be preset at the collection level. What you can do instead is configure default labels for each account type. These labels will then be automatically applied to all media uploaded by users with that account type across the Media Library
