How to create Labels?

In order for you to create new labels, the Taxonomy & labels > Can view page permission should be enabled on your account.


If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Go to Configure > Taxonomy & Labels > Labels tab
  • Click the New button at the top right corner
  • Set up your new label.  In the New labelwindow, set up the following:
    • Label name
    • Associated permissions dropdown controls which account types will have access to media with the label
    • Share to detected partners toggle allows media with this label to be shared automatically to detected/tagged partners (e.g., sponsors, external groups)
    • Share to detected players toggle allows media with this label to be shared automatically to detected/tagged players
    • Make default toggle will make this label be applied automatically during upload
    • Available to X accounts dropdown controls which account types will be able to apply this label upon upload
    • Enable AI on uploads toggle controls whether the AI is allowed to run on media with the specific label
    • Color Choose your preferred color for your label

  • Click Create
