❓ Issue/Question
- I am currently creating new Player Profiels for AI recognition and I have created new Tags 'FIFAe World Cup 2026' and 'Czechia' but whenever I try to add these tags to the other players they do not appear in the Add tags window - could you help me out here please?
- I created a new tag from the taxonomy, but it doesn't appear in the tag list when I try to add it to a media item or a player profile. Searching for it returns nothing. If I try to create it a second time, I'm told the tag already exists — so it's there, but I can't use it.
👌 Resolution/Answer
- This is a current limitation rather than a fault on your account. If your account has tag restrictions, you only see tags that are already applied to media you have access to. A tag created from the taxonomy isn't attached to any media yet, so it remains invisible to you until it is.

Workaround — create tags at the point of use
- Instead of creating the tag from the taxonomy, create it directly in the tag dropdown while tagging a media item or a player profile. A tag created this way is attached to content immediately and is usable everywhere from that moment on.
🔖 Notes
- If you have permission to do so (otherwise, ask your admin to do it), delete the tag and recreate it from the tag dropdown, as described above.
