Tag missing from the exclude tags list in an external group

❓ Issue/Question

• When configuring an “external group”, editing the Access and applying an exception in “exclude tags”, there is a tag that does not appear for me
• I'm not able to see, find and use a specific tag

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Check the tag restrictions on your account
  • User cannot see media because of tag restrictions 

🥚 Cause

• Tag restrictions on your account hide the tags you don't have access to, so you can't select them
