Can an admin force a password reset on another user's account?

❓ Issue/Question

• Would it be possible to force a password reset?
• An admin wants to force one or more users to reset their password.

👌 Resolution/Answer

• A password reset cannot currently be initiated on behalf of another user. Only the account owner can reset their password.
  • How to reset/change my account password? 

• Viable workaround:
  • Delete the user's account and recreate it, then send them the invite link (not a sign-up link). The only way back into the platform is then to set a new password.
    • How can I create a manual link for my user to reset their password? 
      • Before using this workaround, note that the account is recreated from scratch — check that the account type, tag restrictions and any other access settings are reapplied to the new account.
