How can I create a manual link for my user to reset their password?

In order for you to create a link the user can use to reset their password, the Users > Can create users permission must be enabled on your account.

  • My user is not receiving any password reset email. Can I create a manual link for them to reset their password?

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Navigate to Configure > Users
  • Find the user with the search bar
  • Click the Copy Invite link icon on the right side

  • Share the link with the user
    • The user can open it to set up a new password for their account
