Collections disappear when "Empty collections" is enabled

• User with tag restrictions
• Collections
• Empty collection toggled on

❓ Issue/Question

• Some of my colleagues have complained about not being able to see any collections in ScorePlay. They can still see the media but without the collection

👌 Resolution/Answer

• The team is aware of an issue affecting users with certain tag restrictions. As a workaround:
  • Ask the user to disable the “Empty Collection” feature.
