Why the media tagged with the wrong season?

❓ Issue/Question

• I am uploading new images, but it keeps tagging it as 2025 even though I only selected the 2026 team roster
• My uploads are showing the previous season tag instead of the current season

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Open the collection where medias are tagged with a wrong season
• Click … > Edit in the top right corner

• Hover over the team assigned to the collection to confirm the season

• If collections are managed through an integration, this can be resolved by resyncing the collection.

🔖 Notes 

• If you are uploading media to a collection, make sure that the teams with the correct season are selected in the collection settings.
• If old season tags are still attached to media after a new season has been added, you can remove these tags in bulk.
  • Can I delete tags in bulk?
