- To check the access setting at the media level, the
Media library>Can edit permissionspermission should be enabled on your account -

- Open the collection, click into any single media, and check its Access settings. Collections are typically configured uniformly, so if the sampled media has the expected account type, the rest of the collection most likely shares the same access. If it doesn't, a bulk update is needed.
