👌 Resolution/Answer

• Workspace transfer allows users to move media between platforms without having a need to manually re-upload media.
  • For it to work the user needs to be logged in via the same email on both platforms.

• To perform a workspace transfer:
  • Select media you'd like to send over
  • Click Share icon on the right side
  • Click Workspace
  • Select the correct:
    • Destination platform 
    • Destination collection
    • Account types that should have access
