How to share media with another workspace?

In order for you to share media from your media library to another ScorePlay workspace, the Media library > Can share permission should be enabled on your account.

In order for you to share media from your Live/Media from FTP section to another ScorePlay workspace, the Live > Can add to library in FTP permission should be enabled on your account.

👌 Resolution/Answer

There are 2 methods to share media between 2 ScorePlay platforms (workspaces):

From your Media library
- Select media you'd like to send over
- Click the … (3 dots) from the right-side panel and select Share
- Click Workspace
- Select the correct:
  - Destination platform
  - Destination collection
  - Label (if enabled on your platform)
  - Account types that should have access
- Click Share

From your Live/Media from FTP section
- Select media you'd like to send over
- Click the … (3 dots) from the right-side panel and select Publish to workspace
- Select the correct:
  - Destination platform
  - Destination collection
  - Label (if enabled on your platform)
  - Account types that should have access
- Click Share

🔖 Notes

For the workspace transfer to work, you should be logged in using the same email on both platforms.
