Media aren't displayed when "Show all media" is enabled

❓ Issue/Question

• My colleague sees some folders, for example "media day" with 300 or more photos, and I don't see them.
• I have created collections and sub-collections. However, my colleague cannot see them, meaning that the folders appear empty to her.
• Media are not showing up despite toggling “show all media”

👌 Resolution/Answer

• If the issue occurs with few collections, move media to the same collection to re-trigger the indexing process.
