In order for you to view an external group’s details, the External Distribution > Can Edit permission must be enabled for your account.

👌 Resolution/Answer

Go to Distribution > External Groups
Search for the external group by name
Select View to open the external group settings
Once you’ve opened the external group, you can review its tag access under the Access or Rules tab.
You can check the default access settings from the Access tab. Here, you can see:
- Simple tag access and exclusion tags
- Whether the external group has access to Portals or Collections
  - What are the different tabs in the External group page?
  - How to manage content access for external groups?

To review more complex tag access rules, go to the Rules tab. This is where you can check configurations that include multiple conditions, such as AND, OR, or global exclusion rules.

It’s recommended to use only one of these configurations. If both Access and Rules are configured, they can conflict with each other and lead to unexpected access results.
