Synced collections or events are missing after the collection sync

❓ Issue/Question

• When I sync the collections for one of our leagues for the upcoming season, I only get 2 games per game day… it should be 8 per game day
• If I try to sync the event the process all goes as normal but then it doesn’t appear in the search afterwards

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Run the teams & players sync
  • How to synchronize teams & players via the API integration? 
• Run the collection sync again. The missing collections and events should now appear
  • How to synchronize collections via the API integration? 
• If nothing appears after syncing the teams, reach out to the ScorePlay Support team via Live Chat

🥚 Cause

• A collection is only created when its teams already exist on the platform, so collections whose teams weren't synced yet don't come through
