How to enable Photo-Only player access?

Is it possible to configure a player's access so they can only see photos they are tagged in, and not videos?
Can players be restricted to photo-only Access?

You can restrict players to specific content (e.g., photo-only or no videos) by using Labels to manage access to the media.
- What are Labels?
Labels can be associated with specific account types, allowing you to control which users can access certain media. For example, you could create these two labels:

  - Not for Players — configure this label so that all account types except players have access.
  - Approved for Players — configure this label so that all account types, including players, have access.
After you have set up your Labels on the platform, you can exclude your existing videos from being distributed to players by:
- Go to the Media Library
- Filter the media by Format > Video
- Select the relevant videos in bulk and apply the Not for Players label.
- This will prevent players from accessing those videos.
Going forward, when uploading new media, you can apply either the Not for Players or Approved for Players label depending on who should have access.
If you need to change the label settings for specific media later, you can also manage this directly through your media library OR when viewing assets inside a collection
