❓ Issue/Question

  • Please make sure not to run the AI on these collections
  • Can AI be turned off for a specific collection or set of collections?
  • Can certain collections be excluded from AI processing?

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • You can’t turn off the AI for a whole collection at the moment, but there are three workarounds
  • Workaround 1: Turn off the AI for a player
    • Navigate to Configure > Teams & Players
    • Turn off Run facial recognition AI on upload for the player
  • Workaround 2: Turn off the AI for an external group
    • Navigate to Distribution > External groups
    • Click View on the external group
    • Turn off Run AI
    • Click Update
  • Workaround 3: Use a label
