💻 Environment/Context
- AI tagging
- Teams & players
- Collections
❓ Issue/Question
- Is there a way that the AI can retroactively tag players in past albums that have been uploaded before the player's profile was created?
- I just added a new player profile, will AI tag them in my previous collections?
- Will the AI automatically tag a player I just created in old media?
- How do I get AI to tag a player in content that was uploaded before I added them?
👌 Resolution/Answer
- No, the AI doesn't tag players retroactively
- The AI only recognizes a player in media uploaded after their profile was created. It doesn't scan media that was already in the platform before that
-
To tag the player in new uploads
- No action is needed. The AI recognizes the player in future uploads, as long as their headshot meets the upload criteria
-
To tag the player in media uploaded before their profile was created
- Upload the content again. The AI processes it and tags the player
- If you can't upload it again, reach out to the ScorePlay Support team via the Live Chat. The team can help tag players in previous collections
