Shareable link doesn't open before its expiration date

💻 Environment/Context

• Shareable links

❓ Issue/Question

• Please could you let me know why this link is not available for users? It has an expiration but until X date
• The shareable link doesn't open, even though its expiration date hasn't passed

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Share the active version of the link
  • Open your Links page
    • Where to find shareable links?
  • Find the link by its name
  • Copy its URL and share it in place of the old one

🥚 Cause

• The link was deleted after it was created, so it no longer opens, even though it still had an expiration date in the future

🔖 Notes

• A deleted link doesn't open, whatever its expiration date
• How long does a shareable link stay active?
