External user can't see some media in a portal

❓ Issue/Question

• I can only see recordings of X competitors, but not of foreign ones
• An external user can see some media in the portal, but media with other tags (e.g. other countries' athletes) doesn't show

👌 Resolution/Answer

• The media you see in a portal depends on your external group's tag access, so media without those tags doesn't show

• Ask your platform administrator to update your external group's tag access
  • Please contact your platform administrator and ask them to add the missing tags to your external group's Tag access, or remove the tag restriction

  • The External Distribution > Can Edit permission is needed to make this change

🥚 Cause

• The external group's Tag access only includes some tags (e.g. one country tag), so the user only sees media with those tags in the portal
