In order for you to create FTP users, the Live > Can view page and Live > Can view FTP permissions must be enabled on your account.

- We have just linked up with Getty and was wondering do they just need the FTP details to fire into our live mode or do we have to create a password for them to send it in

- Getty needs its own username and password. The host and port alone aren't enough
- Share the full username, the password and the
Connection detailswith your Getty contact -
Route Getty photos to the right collection
- Add the Getty MEID to the collection's
External IDorRaw Namefield asgettymeid_[MEID] - Photos with no matching MEID land in Live mode instead of the collection
- Add the Getty MEID to the collection's
🔖 Notes
- The password can't be viewed again. If Getty needs a new one, delete the FTP user and create a new one
