The Validation section doesn't appear even though a media is pending validation

❓ Issue/Question

• You told my colleague the video needs approval, but I can't see it and got no notification
• The Validation section doesn't appear in the left menu, even though there's an upload waiting for validation

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Check the browser cache
  • Open the platform in an incognito window and check whether the Validation section appears
  • If it appears there, clear your browser's cache and cookies
    • User can't see the media due to browser cache memory problem 
  • Reload the platform in your usual window
• Check your permissions (if the section doesn't appear in incognito either)
  • Please contact your platform administrator to request that Validation > Can view page and Validation > Can approve page permissions be enabled for your account
