- Upload validation
In order for you to view and approve pending uploads, the Validation > Can view page and Validation > Can approve page permissions must be enabled on your account.
The Validation page only shows when your account has Validator access and there are uploads waiting for validation.

- Navigate to
Validation - Click
Viewto see the media waiting for validation
- The validation page has these options:

Session tags: the tags added automatically to the media when it’s validated -
Manage access: manage the access settings, such as privacy, embargo and expiration dates -
Validate all: validate the whole session once you’re done editing, deleting and managing the media -
Validate: validate a single media -
Edit: edit the media before validation -
Delete: delete the media waiting for validation -
Download: download the media -
Filter: filter between validated and non-validated media

- Select the media and validate it one by one or in bulk
- Once validated, the media leaves the validation page and is published to the collection
