❓ Issue/Question
- I'm a validator but I can't find the button to see the photos I need to validate any more. I used to see it on the left with the other commands
- Photos sent through an upload link with validation required don't show up in Validation, and the collection they should land in is empty
👌 Resolution/Answer

The Validation section is dynamic, it only appears while there are uploads pending validation and disappears once nothing is left to validate
- If several users have Validator access, check whether someone else already validated the session

Check that the upload actually completed, open the upload link yourself and upload a test file
- If the Validation section appears with your test file, the link works and the original upload never finished
- Ask the uploader to upload the photos again with the same link, and to wait for the upload to finish before closing the page
- Media uploaded inside a Project doesn't go through validation, if the photos were added to the project instead of through the upload link, they won't appear in Validation
🥚 Cause
- The upload session through the external link didn't complete, so no media reached the validation queue and the Validation section stayed hidden
