- Open the media and play it to confirm the commentary is missing
- Check other media in the same collection to see whether they're also missing commentary

Confirm the source file
- If the commentary is missing on every version, the file was most likely uploaded without it
- Reach out to your platform administrator to check whether a version with commentary is available
