❓ Issue/Question
- How can you find media validated by a specific user when you need to confirm which media they validated?
- I just validated some clips, but I can’t find them now.
- Where are the media I validated?
👌 Resolution/Answer
- After you validate media, it is added to the collection assigned to it
- Check the Validation tab to find the collection assigned to the media. The collection name appears in the second column
- Search for the collection by name in the
Media Library - Open the collection to find the media you just validated
- If the media does not appear immediately, refresh the page and allow a few moments for the media to be added
- If the media still does not appear, or you don’t remember the collection name, contact ScorePlay Support via Live Chat for further assistance
