Clips created from a livestream redirect to an ongoing live feed

❓ Issue/Question

  • Clips I created appear in Media Library but 6 files do not work, meaning they go into Live section when I click on them
  • Clips created from ongoing livestream redirect to the livestream, instead of the clip previously selected

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • When you create a clip, set Timecode out to a timecode earlier than now, instead of leaving it on Live

 

🥚 Cause

  • Clips have a Timecode out set to Live, meaning the clip starts from Timecode in until the end of the live stream. Since the live is still ongoing, you're redirected to it
  • The ongoing livestream shows the Saved media tab and the associated metadata
