Live event is not appearing on ScorePlay but is visible elsewhere

• Missing schedule

❓ Issue/Question

• The broadcast has started on YouTube or our broadcaster's platform, but I cannot see it on ScorePlay
• Is the live about to start, or is there a problem with the ingest?

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Check that a schedule exists for that time
  • Go to Live > Schedule and search for the schedule
  • If no schedule appears for that window, the stream was never scheduled on ScorePlay and cannot be displayed
    • How do I schedule a live event in ScorePlay? 
• Make sure the details of the schedule are correct
  • The start and end time must cover the time the broadcast is running
  • Check that the receiver is the one your broadcaster is sending to
• Check the stream status
  • Go to the Streams tab and look for the stream 
  • If it shows Waiting to detect video feed, the schedule is in place but no signal is arriving 
    • Live stream is not working 

🔖 Notes 

• A broadcast running on YouTube or on a broadcaster's own platform does not reach ScorePlay automatically. Every live on ScorePlay needs its own schedule pointing at a receiver
• I accidentally ended our live stream
