In order for you to download media, the Media library > Can download permission must be enabled on your account.
If you're unable to follow any of the steps below, kindly reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

Download the whole collection
- Open the collection and click the
…(3 dots) - Click
Download All - The download includes the media from every sub-collection

- Open each sub-collection and click
…(3 dots) >Download Allin each one - Several smaller downloads usually finish faster than one large download
- Open each sub-collection and click
🔖 Notes
- The downloaded .zip file has a generated name, not the collection's name
- All files are downloaded into a single folder, so the sub-collection structure isn't kept
- "Download all" media is not working in a collection
- Download buttons are missing or no longer visible
