👌 Resolution/Answer

• Connect your camera to the internet
  • Use your mobile phone as an internet hotspot
  • Connect your camera to your phone's Wi-Fi
• Set up the FTP connection on your camera
  • Find the Connect to FTP option on your camera
  • In Address, enter:
    • For Europe: live-ftp-eu.scoreplay.io or 52.58.253.158
    • For NA: live-ftp-us.scoreplay.io or 44.209.213.129
  • Enter your Login and Password
    • Your platform admin provides these. If you're missing them, reach out to the ScorePlay Support team via Live Chat. We don't have access to your password, but we can help you find your platform administrator
  • Leave Port as 21
  • Set Passive mode to ENABLE
  • Leave Proxy as DISABLE
  • Select the Root folder you want to upload your media to
  • Click Connect

• ⚠️ The old FTP servers (ftp.media.scoreplay.io for the US, eu-ftp.scoreplay.io for the EU) have been decommissioned effective October 1, 2026. If you were using those addresses, update your camera or FTP client to the new host addresses above to avoid any interruption
