Can I duplicate media from one collection to another one?

💻 Environment/Context

• Collections
• Projects

❓ Issue/Question

• Can I duplicate a photo that is in one collection to add it to another collection?
• How do I copy media from one collection to another?
• Instead of moving the media, is there a way to duplicate media with existing tags into a particular folder? This folder will be shared externally with partners

👌 Resolution/Answer

ScorePlay doesn’t have a duplicate feature, but there are three workarounds:

• Workaround 1: Download and re-upload
  • Download the media and upload it to the other collection
  • Repeat this for each collection the media needs to appear in
• Workaround 2: Use a project
  • Add the media to a project, then publish it to the collections you need
    • How to create a new Project?
  • Publish it separately for each collection
• Workaround 3: Share a project instead of a collection
  • Copy the media to a project
  • Create a shareable link for the project to share it externally
    • Types of shareable links and how to create them
