How to create new users via Manual Invite?

• How do I invite a new internal user to ScorePlay?

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Go to Configure > Users

• Add the user details
  • Click New at the top right
  • Use the User type dropdown to pick the role with the permissions the user needs

  • Enter their first name, last name and email address
• Set the validation options
  • Turn on Requires validation if their uploads must be approved before they are published to the Media library
  • Turn on Validator if they can approve uploads from others
• Set the media access
  • Turn on Access only manually shared media if the user should only see media shared with them
  • If it's off, you can add tags to set which media they can access
    • Tag access: limits them to specific tags
    • Exclude tags: blocks media with certain tags
    • Leave both empty to give access to all media allowed by their role
• Create the user
  • Click Create user
