Switch feed options not showing

❓ Issue/Question

• Stream feed options for the match feeds are not showing in the media details
• If I go on clip, I can't change between clean and program

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Check the feeds are in the same collection
  • Open the collection and check every feed of the event is in it
    • How do I set up the Multi-angle feature within collections?
• Check every feed has a tag from a Video alternatives tag group
  • Open each feed and note its feed tag
  • Go to Configure > Taxonomy & labels
  • Click Edit on the tag group used for the feeds
  • Check Video alternatives is turned on
  • Check every feed's tag is listed under Tags 

• If a feed's tag isn't in the tag group, use one of the two options below. You only need one
• Option A: Add the feed's tag to the tag group
  • You need the Taxonomy & labels > Can edit tags permission to edit the tag group
  • Click Add tags and add the feed's tag
  • Click Update
• Option B: Tag the feed with a tag from the tag group
  • You need the Media library > Can edit tags (add to/remove from media) permission to change the feed's tags
  • Open the feed that's missing the tag
  • Add the tag from the tag group that matches the feed (e.g. the program feed tag)
  • Remove the old feed tag if you no longer need it

🥚 Cause

• The tag group's Video alternatives toggle is off, or one of the feeds is tagged with a tag that isn't part of that tag group

🔖 Notes 

• The feed switch shows every video in the same collection that has a tag from a tag group with Video alternatives turned on. If only one feed has a tag from that group, there's nothing to switch to
